Why I'm Running

I am so excited to be training to run a 5k in the Race to Save Lives with United Hatzalah. I am running for something extremely important and close to my heart – a wonderful organization dedicated to saving lives in Israel regardless of race, religion, or gender.

During the year, United Hatzalah of Israel responds to 1,800 emergency calls a day all throughout Israel in 3 minutes or less. With over 6,200 volunteers, United Hatzalah is the only free EMS organization in Israel.

Making a commitment to train is not easy, but neither is waiting 12 minutes for help in an emergency. If United Hatzalah volunteers can at any moment run to an emergency and give someone a second chance at life, I can do this for them.

However, I can’t do this without your support. So please, push the donate button and help give these selfless volunteers the tools they need to save lives.

Help me reach my goal! I am trying to raise funds for a lifesaving e-bike in honor of my kids, Sophie and Ella!
